About Me
Homeschooled for most of her life, Abigail had plenty of time to explore new hobbies. During her junior year of high school, on a lonely Valentine’s Day where her only date was her laptop, she sat down to draft her first story. Expecting nothing, she ended up stumbling upon her life’s passion: storytelling.
Now, Abigail studies writing craft and business fundamentals from industry professionals at The Author Conservatory. Under this training, she is able to take her writing to new levels and hone her skills so she can deliver quality stories.
Abigail continues to tell stories centered around family and the beauty of human relationships. While reading, characters and a strong theme usually made or break a book for her, so she strives to write stories that promise both. Her desire is that readers will finish her books with a new outlook on life, and a hope that they can be seen and understood. She longs to use her God-given skills to strengthen and encourage her readers.
What to Expect:
We all gravitate to certain things in fiction. I love to include those in my writing! Here are some things you can expect to find in my stories (and in the books I enjoy)!
- Stories with strong families who face challenges together like those in Little Women and A Quiet Place
- Character-driven stories where the main character’s family plays an active role.
- Healthy families who walk through fire together
- Stories where the parents are present in the main character’s life
